The service

PartyOnTube is an independent service from Icey AB for creating and sharing playlists. Party uses one selected playback device. Radio / DJ shares playback order and timing. Just a playlist lets people listen independently. Internet access is required, and buffering, availability and device restrictions can affect playback.

The mobile apps are intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must also meet the requirements for using YouTube in your country. PartyOnTube does not verify a person’s age and is not a service designed for children.

Accounts and access

Use an email address you control. Login links are private, short-lived and intended only for you. You are responsible for the names, links and other content you contribute. Playlist permissions determine who can add, vote, reorder or control playback; being a technical connection host does not grant administration rights.

Content and conduct

Do not post or promote illegal content, child sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, hate, threats, harassment, fraud, violence or other harmful abuse. Do not expose another person’s private information, impersonate others, spam playlists, evade a block or restriction, or interfere with the service’s security.

Only share content you are allowed to share. Respect copyright and YouTube’s rules. PartyOnTube does not provide downloads, audio extraction, offline video or background playback in its mobile apps. Do not use it to circumvent advertisements, access controls or content restrictions.

Reporting and moderation

Use Report beside a playlist, track or participant to send a report to Icey AB. Signed-in users can choose Block and leave and manage blocks in My account. Contact hello@icey.se for urgent concerns, copyright issues or help with a restriction. Give enough detail to identify the content, and do not include login links or passwords.

We may restrict access to content, playlists or participants that breach these terms, and review disputed restrictions. Filtering and reports do not guarantee that all unsuitable content is prevented. The person sharing a playlist remains responsible for how it is used.

YouTube and availability

Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos may become unavailable or contain advertisements. PartyOnTube is not sponsored or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or exact synchronisation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer or data protection law gives you. Read our Privacy policy for data processing and account deletion.
